20/21 Week Ultrasound!!

Yesterday was what all us pregnant people call the BIG Ultrasound...this is where the doctors really take a look at the baby, the baby's organs, spine, size, etc to make sure the baby is developing correctly.

I must say, I NEVER get tired of seeing our little one on the TV screen. The only thing better will be when I hold him in my arms and be able to see him in person... Anyway, our son is doing great!!! The ultrasound took about 30 minutes total and we saw the baby's brain, heart (all the chambers), kidney's, stomach, arms, legs...pretty much everything. Both the ultrasound tech and the doctor confirmed that it is, in fact, a BOY (again)...so it looks like Henry and I are in for lots of blue.

I may be biased, but I think our little one is so cute! He had his hands up by his face for the majority of the ultrasound so we saw all his fingers. We were able to see the front of his face and see his eyes, nose, mouth and we were also able to see his legs and his tiny feet!!! I thought his feet were the coolest thing ever! We also saw his adorable profile...

The doctor's said that everything looked great and that all of his organs and spine seemed to be developing normally and that he currently weighed about 13oz. We got lots of pictures of the baby, including the cutest pictures of his feet with his toes and I am going crazy showing the pictures to anyone who will look at them! The only sad part is knowing that I won't see him again until March when he is born...but I think I can wait.
