Halloween came down to the wire this year. I really wanted the boys to have some sort of matching costume theme. But sadly it didn't work out :( I was hoping to have Alex be a Pittsburgh football player and Wesley be the Pittsburgh Panther, but not surprisingly, there are no costumes for that :( I then thought that they could be Darth Vader and Yoda, but we are not big Star Wars fans, so that idea was nixed. So it came down to the wire and we ended up going with a football player (Auburn colors unfortunately) and a chunky monkey. Even though it didn't work out the way I was hoping, they were still adorable in their costumes. Alex was also able to go trick or treating for the very first time this year too. We didn't do very many houses, just a few of our immediate neighbors, but it was still fun and Alex had a blast! Mommy and Daddy enjoyed the candy afterwards too (Don't worry...we saved some for Alex!)
