What a Difference a Year Makes

Henry and I were packing this past weekend in preparation for our move to our new house in a few weeks. We were going through and sorting out items that we wanted to keep, items that were trash and items that we wanted to throw away and it hit me suddenly...that it was around this time last year I found out I was pregnant with Alexander.

I remember because the weekend I found out I was pregnant we were packing and sorting in preparation for our move to PA. We had been sorting our office and moving heavy objects all day and I hadn't been feeling well at the same time. I had started to suspect, but was still in denoial about the inevitable. I was telling Henry the other day, that it feels like we have come full circle since this time last year...

This time last year, Alex was no bigger than the size of a grain of rice and now...today..he is 11 pounds 8 ounces of smiling, squirming, happy baby...

AND we are preparing to move into our own house again!!!!
